Equal Opportunity

For the Cluster of Excellence “The Formation of Normative Orders,” questions of gender and diversity justice are not only part of the research programme, but are also a structural task. The Cluster considers family-friendly policies, gender equality and diversity policies to be indispensable features of the development of excellence in research and of the promotion of early career researchers. Its aim in this regard is not only to enable participation and prevent all forms of discrimination, but also to recognise the major intellectual and creative potential of diversity – particularly also in view of the Cluster’s international orientation.
