Research Areas
The joint themes of the Cluster will be explored in four research areas which take the perspective of one particular discipline as guiding. However, the claim is that the disciplines involved should enter into mutual exchanges and supplement each other while correcting and revising the presuppositions specific to their fields. Hence the research areas see themselves as subdivisions of the overall theme of the Cluster and not as institutionally differentiated units working in isolation from one another.
