Varieties of Anarchism: Anarchist Projects and the Struggles that Define them
For almost 150 years anarchism has inspired contrarians. Many write it off as destructive, others consider it an uncompromising conception of freedom. But there are differences of interpretation even among its adherents. Starting with a film pre-screening and lecture, we will inquire into the differences and convergences among historical and modern anarchic projects in the subsequent discussion. The evening will close with a reception.Film Pre-preview and Discussion
